Also, a Cochrane Review, Prophylaxis for Pneumocystis pneumonia (PCP) in non-HIV immunocompromised patients (2007), states that the incidence of PCP in non-HIV patients is increasing, naming cancer patients treated with corticosteroids as one of the at risk groups.
